The Dysart Unified School District governing board is focused on transparency moving forward after former superintendent Quinn Kellis resigned in May.
Governing board president Christine A.K. Pritchard requested the board publicly share some preliminary information with Jim Dean, acting superintendent, to help move forward and heal as a district.
She said it is imperative to the relationship between superintendent and board to be of trust and transparency because if trust is broken it can negatively impact the business of the district. This includes concerns with board member directors being resolved between each other, rather than getting others involved, which can cause divisiveness.
