Dutch Bros planned at Power, Ray in Mesa

A Dutch Bros coffee shop with a drive-thru is planned south of Ray Road on the east side of Power Road in Mesa.

The preliminary design for the 0.92-acre development recently was discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

The site plan shows an 896-square-feet building with a double drive-thru along the east and north side. Outdoor seating areas are on the south and west sides of building, Staff Planner Jennifer Gniffke said at the board’s Dec. 14 meeting.
