Dutch Bros, medical offices planned at L202 and Recker in Mesa

A commercial development with two buildings — one a Dutch Bros — is planned south of Thomas Road on the west side of Recker Road in Mesa.

The landscaping and look of the development on 2 acres were discussed at the Dec. 13 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.

The zoning on the property is light industrial with a bonus intensity zone overlay. Two buildings — one 4,500 square feet and the second 896 square feet — are planned, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said at the board meeting.
