DUSD bond survey suggests district's priorities

3 areas of high importance

The Dysart Unified School District looked to the community to learn more about future bond recommendations and capital needs.

A survey was released in November and available for 18 days regarding potential bond request feedback in order to move forward and make a recommendation to the Dysart Unifi ed School District Governing Board.

Ken Hicks, assistant superintendent of business services, said there were 1,000 respondents. Included on the survey was a question regarding a direction connection to DUSD, including if someone in the household attends a Dysart school or works in the district.
