Duo's 1st company deal completed in Surprise

Arizona Land Ventures closes on land at Litchfield, Peoria

Property on the northwest corner of Litchfield Road and Peoria Avenue is ready to be developed after its purchase by Phoenix-based Arizona Land Ventures, an investment and development company co-founded by two Valley women.

Friends Jennifer Verma and Seema Patel purchased 50% interest in the 15-acre lot for $1.65 million on Aug. 25. It was the company’s first land acquisition after forming as a company in June.

The open land is close to new homes near Surprise's southern border.
