Dry Guys Restoration is building a warehouse and converting a residence into offices on 2 acres west along Val Vista Drive on the north side of Main Street in Mesa.
The development’s look and landscaping were discussed Jan. 9 by the Mesa Design Review Board. No formal action was taken by the board. Board member Dane Astle recused himself from the discussion as he is the project’s architect.
A wall and containers on the site will be removed and a maintenance and repair services building is planned, Planner Evan Balmer said to the board.
