Drop off paper, unused meds Saturday in Glendale

This weekend presents an opportunity for residents to drop off paper for shredding and to safely dispose of prescription medication.

The Shred and Drug Take Back Event goes from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Glendale Adult Center, 5970 W. Brown St.

Shred up to six boxes of paper per vehicle for free. Please remain in your vehicle. Materials will be transported and shredded off site.

Unused prescriptions and over-the-counter medication not accepted.
