PHOENIX – Two freeway closures are scheduled in the Valley this weekend, and other lane and ramp restrictions are planned, state transportation officials said.
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to expect the following improvement work from Friday night, April 10, until Monday morning, April 13:
- Southbound State Route 51 will be closed between Indian School Road and Interstate 10 (Mini-Stack Interchange) from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for surface asphalt removal as part of a pavement improvement project.
