Freeway restrictions and ramp closures will restrict travel this weekend in two parts of the Valley.
The Arizona Department of Transportation announced the following work will take place, weather permitting, from Friday night, Feb. 20, to Monday morning, Feb. 23:
- North- and southbound Interstate 17 will be narrowed to two or three lanes in areas between Dixileta Drive (north of Jomax Road) and Dove Valley Road in north Phoenix from 2 a.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday for work zone setup at the start of the Loop 303 improvement project.
