Drivers face week of lane restrictions along SR 347

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane restrictions throughout the State Route 347 improvement project corridor through July 24 as paving work progresses.

Here is when and where work crews will be on the job paving asphalt:

1. Tuesday, July 21: Northbound SR 347 will be narrowed to one lane from Riggs Road to I-10 from 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, to 4 a.m. Wednesday, July 22.
2. Wednesday, July 22: Northbound SR 347 will be narrowed to one lane from Riggs Road to I-10 from 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, to 4 a.m. Thursday, July 23.
3. Thursday, July 23: Northbound SR 347 will be narrowed to one lane from Riggs Road to Maricopa Road from 8 p.m. Thursday, July 23, to 4 a.m. Friday, July 24.
4. Daytime and overnight lane restrictions will be in place during weekend of July 25, ADOT officials said.
