Driver who crashed into Glendale home, starting small fire likely impaired

The Glendale Police Department responded about 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, to reports of a vehicle that crashed into a wall of a home in the area of 59th and Northern avenues.

When the vehicle collided with the wall, it caused a grill to ignite and the house to catch fire. People were inside the home at the time but everyone was able to get out of the house and no injuries were reported.

A man driving the vehicle did not sustain any injuries. His name was not relesed by police
