Pinal County man dies in 2-vehicle rollover crash on I-10 near Chandler
The driver of a pickup was killed Monday evening on Interstate 10 after colliding with an SUV.
The crash near Chandler happened at about 5:30 p.m., according to the Department of Public Safety.
“A pickup truck took evasive action due to slowing traffic in the area,” DPS reported. “The pickup struck the rear passenger side of the SUV while veering back into the (No.) 1 lane from the (No.) 2 lane.”

The driver of a pickup was killed Monday evening on Interstate 10 after colliding with an SUV.
The crash near Chandler happened at about 5:30 p.m., according to the Department of Public Safety.
“A pickup truck took evasive action due to slowing traffic in the area,” DPS reported. “The pickup struck the rear passenger side of the SUV while veering back into the (No.) 1 lane from the (No.) 2 lane.”
Both vehicles overturned, and the driver of the pickup was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver who died has been identified as Brian Marks, 37, of Casa Grande.
The eastbound lanes of I-10 at Queen Creek Road were closed for several hours due to the collision and reopened about 9:30 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
