Drive-thru to be relocated at Mountain Vista development

Modifying a site plan to relocate a drive-thru business in a planned mixed-use development north of Superstition Freeway on the west side of Signal Butte Road should be approved by the Mesa City Council, an advisory board recommended recently.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously June 9 to recommend the council approve the change to the site plan for the 15-acre property. The board also voted to approve a companion preliminary plat for Mountain Vista master plan parcel A. The Mesa City Council will make the final decisions on the two items at a future meeting.

Andrew Call of Thompson Thrift is the applicant and Signal Butte Hampton Mesa AZ LLC and Signal Butte BFC LLC are the owners.
