Dream homes possible with remodeling

There are a few tricks of the remodeling trade that can help make a dream home become the owner’s real home.
Companies that specialize in remodeling can help owners make that happen.
One of those companies is Best Value Home Remodeling, founded specifically to bridge the gap between real homes and dream homes. The company serve Sun City West and surrounding areas, and many cities in California.
The Sun City West office is managed by Kevin Reed, who has over 20 years experience in the home remodeling industry. Best Value Home Remodeling specializes in energy efficient windows and doors, radiant barrier, an exterior coating and paint. The Best Value coating is meant to least the life of the home.
“Our goal is to go above and beyond expectations every single time,” Mr. Reed stated in a press release. “We want to be the company you call for your new windows, doors, radiant barrier and coolwall.”
Remodeling, including work by Best Value, can change the whole face of a home. Best Value’s Cool Wall exterior paint has a lifetime warranty, is energy efficient, heat reflective and has a class A fire rating, is fade resistance and comes in hundreds of color choices.
Energy efficient windows are not just beautiful, they are also a way to lower energy costs. They have a lifetime warranty, stop mold and mildew, reduce noise, keep out dust and add security to a home.
A blown fiberglass/radiant barrier is low cost and is the fastest payback one-time solution, unlike other materials, according to Mr. Reed.
“Blown fiberglass and radiant barrier combinations can save 30 percent to 40 percent on average in attic areas where homes are under insulated,” Mr. Reed stated. “Most houses prior to 2005 are under insulated.”
Best Value Home Remodeling offers free inspections.
