A new 15,500 square-foot veterinary clinic is planned for Peoria.

The planning and zoning commission approved a conditional use permit to operate a Dr. Kelly’s veterinary clinic within an existing unit at Olive Plaza near 91st and Olive avenues, 8914 N. 91st Avenue, suite 100.

The purpose of a conditional use permit requirement for a veterinary clinic is to ensure compatibility with the surrounding area, and that the use is not injurious to the health, safety, and general welfare of the community.
