Winner of the 2025 Arizona Travel Award, the festival brings back the popular theme “Makers, Rhythms, and Rides,” where the community can take in a day celebrating art, automotive culture, and music.
It all takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31 at the Civic Center Plaza and in the lot in downtown Glendale, located at 5750 W. Glenn Drive.

The Arts and Culture Fest will make its way back to downtown Glendale in January.
Winner of the 2025 Arizona Travel Award, the festival brings back the popular theme “Makers, Rhythms, and Rides,” where the community can take in a day celebrating art, automotive culture, and music.
It all takes place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31 at the Civic Center Plaza and in the lot in downtown Glendale, located at 5750 W. Glenn Drive.
The festival will feature a classic car competition with more than 50 cars on display, food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, and live art experiences, including plein air painting, chalk art, and mural creations.
Arts and Culture Fest is a collaboration between the city of Glendale and Art State Arizona.
