Kim Moyers says whenever Downtown Chandler sees an opportunity to make things safer and increase visibility for visitors and residents, it’s time to consider putting a project together.
Moyers, the city of Chandler’s cultural development director, brought a contract for the latest such improvements to the Chandler City Council, which it approved by OK’ing its June 12 regular meeting consent agenda.
The city contract, for about $374,000, is with Achen-Gardner Construction LLC for improvements to the alley that runs east and west between California and San Marcos streets.
