Douglas F. Caravaggio

SUN CITY - Douglas F. Caravaggio, also known as "Mr. Sun City," 86, of Sun City, passed peacefully on May 10, 2011 after a valiant battle with cancer. Doug leaves behind his beloved wife and partner in life, Betty; his brother, Andrew and wife; sisters, Catherine Reese and Eleanor Olinger; niece, Cathy and family; and many other nephews and nieces. Visitation for Doug is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Friday May 20th at St. Clements of Rome Catholic Church (Sun City) followed by Mass at 10 a.m. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow at Sunland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable donation to Hospice of Arizona or American Cancer Society in Doug's memory. Sunland Mortuary was entrusted with Doug's arrangements.
