Doubletree Resort moves into new phase of renovations

Improvements to include outdoor event space

The DoubleTree Resort is going through the permitting process to renovate the property.

The DoubleTree Resort in Paradise Valley wants to bring improvements to the property including a new 4,580-square-foot outdoor event space adjoining their Grand Ballroom.

These improvements are part of a $40 million overall renovation of the property.

To complete the next phase of improvements, applicant Benjamin Tate, attorney with Withey Morris on behalf of owner Jackrabbit Prop Co LLC, with Global Hospitality Investment Group, submitted an application for a minor special use permit amendment.
