SUN CITY - D.J. was born in Springfield, Mass., March 2, 1946, to Francis and Alice Rogers. She is survived by her mother, Alice; and her sister, Cynthia Hartshorn. She passed away on Aug. 1, 2010, after a valiant fight against cancer. She was very involved in women's golf, the Sun City Shooters, the NRA and Lakeview United Methodist Church. A memorial service for D.J. was held at the church on August 16th. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
