Donna Fay Bales, 84Donna Fay Bales, 84, of Mesa, passed away July 11, 2008 in Mesa, Ariz.Ms. Bales, a business owner, was born in Grattan, Neb.Survivors include her daughter, Constance L. Williams; son, Jerry Bricker; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.Services were held July 11 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Boulder Mountain Ward in Mesa.Melcher Mortuary Mission Chapel handled arrangements.
