Dolores Beverly Johnson Erdelyan

SUN CITY WEST -Dolores Beverly Johnson Erdelyan, a resident of Heritage Traditions in Sun City West, passed away on April 27, 2016 due to an acute stroke. She was born Dolores Beverly Johnson on July 21, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois. Dolores married Steven Erdelyan on August 30, 1941. Steve and Dolores lived in Glen Ellyn Illinois many years before retiring in Sun City West in 1978. Dolores enjoyed participating in many sports, but she had a special love for golf and bowling. Steve and Dolores were members of the Desert Garden Church. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Erdelyan; her parents, William Johnson and Lillian Richards Johnson; and her daughter, Janice B. Erdelyan Isaacson (James) of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California. She is survived by one daughter, Susan Erdelyan Dietrich (John) of Bountiful, Utah. Dolores enjoyed her 5 grandchildren, Ryan and Jason Isaacson, Geoffrey, Rebekah, and Deborah Dietrich. Dolores was also blessed with 7 great grandchildren.
