Diversified Partners broke ground Dec. 11 on The Shops at 75th at the southwest corner of 75th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Glendale.
Rafat “AJ” Abdeljaber of NRM Group LLC, and Rob Kerwin of Diversified Partners were among the speakers.

When complete, this a four-pad, 3.71-acre development will feature four different restaurants and shops, including Dutch Bros. Coffee, Cali Tacos Restaurant and BeBa Nails & Spa.
The development team includes ownership group: Scottsdale-based Diversified Partners in conjunction with NRM Group LLC; construction management group: Foursite Development.
Diversified Partners is an Arizona-based commercial real estate brokerage and development company that offers a range of services for tenants, property owners, investors, and developers in all facets of real estate.
