Letter by Amy Dishion of Phoenix
I am quite concerned about how climate change is impacting the state of Arizona.
Climate change is making wildfires more intense and frequent in our state.
Arizona is experiencing a mega drought that threatens our way of life now and for generations to come.
As Arizonans brace for water shortages, and intensifying wildfires, our leaders must prioritize climate.
I understand that our senators are considering bringing a revised reconciliation bill to the floor in July. We need them to take the lead and make $555 billion climate investments in climate, jobs and clean energy.
Sincerely.
