A leading national retailer bought up a 12-acre corporate office space near Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard, according to a press release.

Discount Tire bought the Desert Ridge Corporate Center, which is a 12.196-acre site at 20860 N. Tatum Blvd, Phoenix., the press release stated.

Discount Tire currently occupies an entire floor at Desert Ridge and uses that space for part of its corporate functions.
