In a way, it is surprising Talia Dial ended up playing for the Dysart High School girls basketball team to begin with.
And it is even more surprising that she came back for her senior season after a year away in the prep school ranks.
But after briefly deciding to transfer to Paradise Honors in the summer of 2020 and playing last season for PHH Prep and its national program, Dial returned to Dysart High last summer. She said she is enjoying her final high school season and is averaging 22.5 points and 7.8 rebounds a game for the 8-5 Demons.
