Development unit plan changes sought for Eastmark

Modifying a development unit plan for 181 acres of the Eastmark community and approving a second one for 145 acres should be approved, the city’s planning and zoning board recommended recently.

Eastmark, the 3,200-acre master-planned community south of Elliot Road, north of Williams Field Road, east of Ellsworth Road and west of Signal Butte Road, has a community plan composed of nine development unit plans.
