IDM Companies has announced that construction has started on a 204-unit multifamily apartment community in Queen Creek called Acero Harvest Station.
According to a press release, Acero Harvest Station is located on the southeast corner of Riggs and Gary roads. It will feature a resident clubhouse and leasing office, fitness center, pool, fire pit, playground and dog park, as well as open space. The project is anticipated to begin pre-leasing in late 2023.
The Acero Harvest Station’s design and construction team includes BMA Architecture as the architect, IDM Builds as the general contractor and EPS Group as the civil engineer.
