Groundbreaking on the fifth and final neighborhood in the Vistancia community — which includes the commercial core — is planned for early next year.
Land owners and development partners have been working on about 320 acres of the core near Loop 303 and Lone Mountain Parkway, finalizing plans for the initial phase of development, property marketing and leasing, as well as the overall branding character.
The initial phases are planned to include a main street restaurant/retail corridor, hospitality, office, healthcare, education, an employment core, and an additional 1,500 luxury mid-to high-density residential units.
