PHOENIX — Desert Ridge Marketplace continues to expand its lineup with six new tenants opening soon, including trendy eateries and wellness-based studios.

The new tenants will occupy over 15,000 square feet of space, bringing even more diversity to the property’s dynamic tenant mix.

Radi8 Hot Yoga is opening its second Arizona location at Desert Ridge Marketplace this spring. Located on the southwest side of the center between Target and Breakfast Kitchen Bar, Radi8 Hot Yoga combines traditional hot yoga static postures with a dynamic power flow to create a radi8ing energy.

Joining the southwest side of the center is Phoenix’s premier subscription-based haircut establishment, Keep It Cut. Located between Flower Child and Verizon, the concept of the men’s salon is to make life easier with a relaxed atmosphere and endless haircuts.

Desert Ridge is also welcoming Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa to its health and wellness brands lineup this spring. Located next to Albertson’s, Hand & Stone brings top-quality spa services and products, including therapeutic massage, facials and hair removal, seven days a week at great prices.

Sid’s Garage, a full-throttle burger-based restaurant, has started construction on its first location inside The District near the Splash Pad. At Sid’s Garage, guests come for the food and stay for the beer, colossal shakes, cocktails and adult games.

Fox Restaurant Concepts is also expanding its presence at Desert Ridge Marketplace with another unique concept that appeals to everyone. Fly Bye will offer a delicious square pan pizza, crispy chicken tenders, wings and more all available for take-out. The pizzeria will be opening this spring and is located on the northwest side of the center near Albertson’s.

This summer, Artichoke Basille’s Pizza will open its third valley location. Featuring award-winning and authentic slices, Artichoke Basille’s Pizza is known for its massive pies. Their signature pizza has been seen on talk shows like Jay Leno and The Rachael Ray Show. Located inside The District, the pizzeria will open this spring near Copper Blues Live.

Desert Ridge Marketplace also recently completed a $22 million renovation. It is located in Phoenix, just north of the Loop 101 on Tatum Boulevard.
