Desert dinosaurs invade Tempe's Free Art Friday

A new season of  Free Art Friday begins Sept. 15  in Tempe, featuring desert dinosaur arts and crafts.

The event runs from 9 a.m. until noon at the Edna Arts Courtyard, 3340 S. Rural Road, where children ages 1-5 will have the opportunity to  create, paint and explore.

There will be music, and the grown-ups attending will be able to purchase coffee from Eis Cafe, according to a release.

No registration is required, and there will be light refreshments.
