Dental office with snow cones planned at Greenfield and Baseline in Mesa

A site plan for a dental office with a drive-thru to sell snow cones east of Greenfield Road on the north side of Baseline Road should be approved, a Mesa advisory board decided recently.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Aug. 25 voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the council approve the site plan review for the 1.04-acre site, with Chair Jessica Sarkissian and board member Troy Peterson absent.

The City Council will make the final decision at a future meeting.
