Supply and material shortages are creating challenges throughout construction projects and that includes Sun City West.
Karl Wilhelm, capital projects manager, has been working through capital projects throughout the past 18 months and now hit a delay. During the July 7 Rec Center Show on 103.1, with host Ron Capriotti, Wilhelm said despite all the material and labor issues, this is the first major road block.
