After a significant jump in COVID cases from December to January, Deer Valley Unified School District campuses experienced another major numbers change from January to February — but a decline this time.
The district on Feb. 14 posted the latest active COVID cases throughout DVUSD, which revealed a total of 40. That’s a huge swing from the 550 active cases the district reported Jan. 10. In fact, it represents a 92% drop in active cases.
Deer Valley High School, with five, reports the highest number of current active cases on any district campus.
