Deer Valley Unified board to recognize 24 students for academic achievement

Deer Valley Unified School District officials will sit down on recognize 24 students across the district for academic achievement at its Tuesday meeting

During this weeks disscussion, the board will recognize 24 students in the district who completed and scored the highest possible scores in both English language arts and math assestments for the Arizona's Academic Standards Assessment.

AASA is a statewide achievement test for students in Grades 3-8.  All Arizona public school students  take part int the AASA assessments in English Language Arts and Mathematics.
