Ashton Hill’s father, Shawn, recently took a break from trucking now and working in sales.
His son has filled the gap this fall, trucking opponents. The Deer Valley senior was in the top 20 in the state in rushing yards, yards per game and touchdowns through the Skyhawks’ first seven games.
He led the squad in rushing the last two years, but already shot past his career best yardage amount with 984 yards in the first seven game. Hill added a more physical dimension to his game and four games of more than 150 yards is the result.
