Deer Valley road project nears completion

95% of work done

Soon there will be another way to access Sun City West by traveling over the Agua Fria River.

The Deer Valley Road project construction to connect the east end of Williams Drive at 117th Avenue to the west end of Deer Valley Road at 109th Avenue is 95% complete, according to Erica Flores with Maricopa County Department of Transportation.

Also included in the project are roundabouts at both 117th and 109th avenues.
