Deadline approaches for Queen Creek multi-event vendor discount
Posted
The deadline for Queen Creek’s special multi-event vendor discount is coming.
The discount of $75 is available through Wednesday, July 26, to businesses and organizations that register for all three events – Founders’ Day, Trunk or Treat and Spring Into QC. Vendor fees vary based on booth type, and vendors are responsible for their own supplies and equipment.
Founders’ Day takes place from 5-9 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 16, at Founders’ Park, 22407 S. Ellsworth Road. This popular home-town event includes activities, food, music, entertainment and the Battle of the Badge. Vendor applications are due on Thursday, Aug. 10.
Trunk or Treat provides a safe way for families to celebrate Halloween in a festival atmosphere. Trunk or Treat will be held from 5-9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21, at Town Center on Ellsworth Road, north of Ocotillo Road. Children can trick or treat by going from car trunk to car trunk on “Trunk or Treat Street” to get their bags filled with goodies. Vendor, carnival booth and trunk host applications are due on Thursday, Sept. 7.
Spring Into QC will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., March 23, 2024, at Mansel Carter Oasis Park, 19535 E. Appleby Road. The event includes a rodeo egg roundup for the little ones, live entertainment, billy goat bingo, the fast and the furriest, animal races and more. Vendor and entertainment group applications are due on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024.
