David Weekley Homes has broken ground on its newest model home, the Windsor, in Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia.

David Weekley Homes will soon begin building in the Peoria community of Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia. The builder recently broke ground on two model homes, the Windsor and the Sugarloaf.
Located within the master-planned community of Vistancia, this new gated section will include seven floor plans ranging in size from about 2,700 to 3,000 square feet of living space.
Situated between the Twin Buttes and White Peak mountains, Meridian at Northpointe at Vistancia will showcase 112 homesites.
Amenities within the community will include a resort-style pool, kids play zone, sports courts, hiking trails, discovery trail, and access to the Sovita Club recreation center with a fitness on-demand movement studio, multi-use turf court, basketball court, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
