The San Tan Valley Quarterly BBQ will take place 4-8 p.m. Oct. 21 at 27382 N. Dolores Place, San Tan Valley.

Neal Carter, the event's host, said this month’s barbecue is the sixteenth, “and it seems like every time it just keeps getting bigger.”

Carter said the event is a way for those living in the unincorporated community to together and meet neighbors.

It is free and open to the public. Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks are served
