Data center planned on 170 acres in East Valley city

The 2.26 million-square-foot data center development’s look and landscaping were recently discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board.

The data center development is to be on 170 acres at the northeast corner of the future alignment of South Crismon Road and Pecos Road in Mesa.

The development is anticipated to proceed in one or more phases. The design includes the use of low-noise fans and equipment to minimize sound emissions both on- and off-site so the development remains compatible with adjacent uses and maintains compliance with applicable noise standards.

Seven two-story buildings are planned at a data center development on 170 acres at the northeast corner of the future alignment of South Crismon Road and Pecos Road in Mesa.

The nearly 2.26 million-square-foot data center development’s look and landscaping were discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board Dec. 9, according to the meeting’s agenda.

Access will only be provided from Pecos Road.
