The expansion of a large data center will be one of only two development items on the consent agenda for Wednesday’s Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.
The expansion involves an application for a zoning change — from a planned industrial district to a planned area development, or PAD, for data-center uses with mid-rise overlay for buildings as tall as 95 feet.
The other item on the consent agenda is an application to extend the time of a use permit for construction of El Oasis community center.
