Danny C. Rose

Danny C. Rose, 68Danny C. Rose, 68, of Gold Canyon, passed away May 8, 2007.He was born Jan. 12, 1939 in Omaha, Neb. and graduated from Marcus High School in 1958. He married Judith A. Anderson Sept. 4, 1959 and they had three sons: James, David and Keith.Mr. Rose served in the Army Reserves from 1956-1965. He was the general manager for C.M.L. Telephone Corp. in Meriden, Iowa for 37 years, retiring 2001. He was very active in the Iowa telephone industry, serving on many boards promoting growth, training and the best possible customer service.Mr. Rose was very community oriented and active in supporting and serving others" needs. Family and friends were important to him.He enjoyed vacationing and wintering in Arizona, moving to Gold Canyon in 2004.He loved working on all things related to electronics and computers.He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and their husbands, Betty and Harry Tyler, Janet and Hershel Rucker and Jill and C.T. Jones; two brothers, James and Perry "Bill" Rose; father- and mother-in-law, Emil and Alyce Anderson; sister-in-law, Carol Anderson.Mr. Rose is survived by his wife, Judith; three sons, James and Tammy of Apache Junction, David of Whitehall, Mont., Keith of Omaha, Neb.; grandchildren, Danny, Tina, Bryan; sister-in-law, Lela Rose of Cleghorn, Iowa; brother-in-law, Conley Anderson of Cherokee, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.Apache Junction Mortuary handled arrangements.
