Life Time is hosting its annual Ride of a Life Time charity cycle event 8–11 a.m. on Saturday, April 29 to raise money for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation.

Anyone can participate in Ride of a Life Time and is encouraged to raise a minimum of $250. Riders can expect a fun collaboration of Life Time’s indoor cycle formats like AMP, EDG and PWR. People can also participate virtually from home or outside.

Life Time has set a $1.5 million fundraising goal for the third annual event after raising more than $1 million last year. Local proceeds will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hosptial.

Non-members of Life Time can purchase a one-day membership to their local club, with Life Time donating the proceeds to the benefiting organizations.

Participating locations in the Valley are:

  • Life Time Happy Valley – Peoria: 24700 N. 67th Ave, Peoria, AZ 85383
  • Life Time Biltmore: 2580 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Proceeds from Arizona clubs will benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds for 170 member children’s hospitals that support the health of 10 million kids each year across the United States and Canada. Donations go to local hospitals to fund critical life-saving treatments and health care services, along with innovative research, vital pediatric medical equipment and child life services that put families’ minds at ease during difficult hospital stays.

The Life Time Foundation works with schools to ensure the nutrition provided through their meals is the best it can be so every child can grow up happy, strong and healthy. For some children, these meals may be the only one they receive each day. The Life Time Foundation partners with 35 school districts, impacting 3,634 school sites and 264 million healthy meals served to 1.7 million students annually.

Additionally, the Life Time Foundation works with school districts to make sure all kids can take part in enriching physical activity. Life Time Foundation’s grantmaking program supports school districts, school sites and local community organizations in communities where Life Time Team Members live.
