An 80-year-old Phoenix resident is recovering from a road rage incident that left him in significant pain and with thousands of dollars in damage to his automobile.

In this particular incident, the rage came not from a motorist, but from a bicyclist traveling through the main drag of Paradise Valley.

But due to police work from the Paradise Valley Police Department, William Tuberty was arrested and charged with assault and criminal damage on Sept. 25, about a week after the initial incident.
