Three airplane hangars for Cunningham Aviation are to be constructed at Falcon Field Airport west of Higley Road and north of McKellips Road in Mesa.
The planned look and landscaping for the fixed-base operation development on 3 acres were discussed during the Sept. 12 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
The site is zoned light industrial with a planned-area development overlay, has shared access from Falcon Drive and is to have 52 parking spaces, Staff Planner Charlotte Bridges said during the meeting.
