Culture Pass grows in popularity at Phoenix Public Library

The Culture Pass at the Phoenix Public Library continues to become more popular and one city council member pitched expanding the program.

The Culture Pass gives a library cardholder free admission for two people at participating arts and cultural institutions across the Valley and the state, such as museums and the Desert Botanical Garden.

“[The Culture Pass] is a great example of how we make art, culture and educational experiences accessible to families regardless of their income,” Vice Mayor Kesha Hodge Washington said during the Community Services and Education Subcommittee on Wednesday.
