A local builder that has led the charge on lock-and-leave luxury home communities in the Valley is continuing to experience the fruits of their foresight.

Scottsdale-based Cullum Homes recently sold out two of its Paradise Valley communities that cater to their high-end clients — the guard-gated Village at Mountain Shadows and Paradise Reserve.

The Village at Mountain Shadows is an award-winning 40-home community adjacent to Mountain Shadows Resort with Camelback Mountain views, and Paradise Reserve is a 46-home community bordering the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
