COVID-19 report: 120 new cases in Scottsdale

Across Scottsdale’s nine ZIP codes there were 120 new COVID-19 cases recorded in the past week, numbers show, meanwhile 145,300 residents have reportedly received the vaccine.

Since last Monday, 3,072 more Scottsdale residents have been counted as getting the COVID-19 vaccine, Arizona Department of Health Services numbers on May 17 show. In total, 145,297 Scottsdale residents have received some form of the vaccine. 

On May 13, Scottsdale Mayor David Ortega announced face masks were no longer required in city buildings and facilities.
