COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park top 2,000; county spread now substantial

The Arizona Department of Health Services reported the number of COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park 85340 was 2,001 as of Friday, Dec. 25, and for the first time in months downgraded Maricopa County’s community spread to substantial.

The number of new weekly cases in Litchfield Park was 172, 27 fewer new cases than reported last Friday.

The ZIP code includes the city of Litchfield Park and unincorporated Maricopa County. The state does not separate cases by incorporated and unincorporated areas.
